Javier SOLANA, EU High Representative for the Common Foreign and Security Policy, will visit Belgrade, Serbia and Montenegro, and Pristina, Kosovo on Tuesday 19 and Wednesday 20 July 2005.

The High Representative will meet with the President of Serbia and Montenegro, Svetozar Marovic, President and Prime Minister of Serbia, respectively Boris Tadic and Vojislav Kostunica, Foreign Minister of Serbia and Montenegro, Vuk Draskovic and the Prime Minister of Montenegro, Milo Djukanovic.

 In Kosovo Mr Solana will discuss the latest developments with President Ibrahim Rugova, Prime Minister Bajram Kosumi, leaders of the opposition Hashim Thaci and Veton Surroi, and Kosovo Serb political leaders as well as the Special Representative of the UN Secretary-General, Søren Jessen-Petersen.
